So if you didn't know (and why would you, I've been silent lately, my apologies), I've been working with my brother on his wine business for over a year now -- probably the reason I've disappeared, startup life isn't for the faint of heart.
It started as a side gig to help out but turned into my full time "job." I say that in quotes because it's not your typical "job" -- I don't have a time sheet or sit in dim lit cubicle. Instead, I Construct a new office daily out of the nearby coffee shop or kindly lent corporate conference room, I Have to be my own motivation and I report to my brother and dad. Yes brother and dad. What was I thinking?
Actually, it's kind of awesome and I have a lot to say about it in my next post. For now, take a peak into what I do for our family-run winery in my interview with Empress World. I talk all things entrepreneurship and working with family (and how to stay sane).
